The voluntary recall has been initiated as the product from above-mentioned batches has been identified as with low active potency/efficacy than the APVMA-approved release specification.
Hazard
Animals treated at the label dose will receive less active than intended. This may result in reduced efficacy or treatment failure.
What to do
Cease use of Linco-Spec Injection from above-mentioned batches immediately. Quarantine all the stock on hand of the recalled product and contact Abbey Laboratories to arrange return and credit.
