Pre-application assistance fees

The Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code Regulations (Pre-application Assistance Fee) Instrument 2015 sets out the criteria for each fee. Fees are charged on a per-unit basis.

Fees are paid at the time the pre-application assistance application is made through the APVMA Online Services Portal.

Pre-application assistance fee rebate

The APVMA will provide a fee rebate where an applicant applies for approval, registration or variation after receiving pre-application assistance.
