Reason for recall
The recall has been initiated due to recent stability data for storage at 2-8°C.
Product that has been stored at 2-8°C for greater than 3 months may no longer comply with the approved minimum titre specification and should not be used. Product that has been stored at -18°C is not affected, however, customers are requested to destroy remaining stock.
Hazard
A potential reduction in efficacy due to lack of potency if stored at 2-8°C for greater than 3 months.
What to do
Customers are requested to immediately quarantine the affected stock and notify Bioproperties Pty Ltd of quantities held. Please destroy remaining stock in accordance with the destruction instructions as per the leaflet. Customers will be reimbursed for the affected stock.
