Containers from Batch EJ12525001 have been observed to exhibit swelling/expansion. As a precautionary measure, the affected batch is being voluntarily recalled to prevent further distribution and use of affected product.
Hazard
Increased internal pressure within the container may compromise packaging integrity and could result in leakage, rupture, or bursting during storage, transport, handling, or use which may result in unintended exposure of people or the environment to the product.
What to do
Distributors, retailers, and users should immediately cease sale, supply, and use of product from the affected batch. All stock from Batch EJ12525001 should be isolated and quarantined. Contact 2022 Environmental Science AU PTY LTD to organise a stock return.
