The Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) invites comment on the proposed use of benzovindiflupyr in the product Elatus Flexi Solatenol technology Fungicide for use on barley and wheat.
We invite written comment from 16 April 2026 to 14 May 2026 on the trade implications of this proposal.
The APVMA is able to consider comments relating to the legislative grounds for the assessment, which are the trade implications of the use of the product. The Trade Advice Notice provides a summary of the APVMA's residue and trade assessment.

The APVMA sought comments from interested stakeholders on the proposed use of Elatus Flexi Solatenol technology Fungicide containing benzovindiflupyr for use on barley and wheat, in a consultation that closed on 14 May 2026.
