The Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) has introduced a new credit and debit card payment processing gateway on the Online Services Portal. From 31 July 2025, users will benefit from a modern credit card processing system implementing strong standards for authentication and up-to-date fraud prevention tools.
The Online Services Portal will retain the existing payment journey where users are redirected to an external website to make credit or debit card payments. Card details are securely processed on the ANZ Worldline system and are not handled directly by the APVMA.
