The defect in the above-mentioned batches may result in a lack of safety and efficacy and present risks to animal health.
What to do
Cease use of TetraMax LA 300 injections from above-mentioned batches immediately. Wholesalers and end users should immediately quarantine all the stock on hand of the recalled product and contact Abbey Laboratories to arrange return and credit.
