The active constituent statement on the common leaflet has a typographical error and incorrectly states 0.5 mg/mL of meloxicam rather than 1.5 mg/mL of meloxicam.
The immediate label and primary label are not affected and state the correct active constituent concentration.
Hazard
This is a printing error on the leaflet only. The product itself has been manufactured correctly and meets all quality and safety standards. The efficacy and safety of the product is unaffected. The dose rate remains unchanged, as per the instructions on the immediate and primary label.
