The Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) is considering an application for approval of the new active constituent atinvicitinib for use in veterinary chemicals.

We invite relevant written comment from 10 March to 7 April 2026 on whether approval of the active constituent should be granted.

The APVMA is able to consider comments relating to the legislative grounds, including:

  • Chemistry and manufacture
  • Human health
  • Environmental safety
  • Target animal safety
