Certificate Timeframes and Fees
The APVMA makes every effort to process certificates for Export of Chemical Products efficiently. There are no statutory timeframe for the issue of certificates, however, to ensure the APVMA processes these certificates efficiently, the APVMA will endeavour to process most certificates within 20 working days.
This is based on all the required information being supplied at the time of request for the relevant certificate requested, the information being correct in accordance with APVMA records and the appropriate fee accompanying the request.
Please note: Before applying for a Certificate of Export (Unregistered Product), a permit must be obtained for the product. This type of application will also require assessment in order for it to be issued by the APVMA. See Category 19 of Ag MORAG or Category 19 of Vet MORAG for more information about obtaining a permit.
