Registrant Satisfaction Survey

Responses to the Registrant Satisfaction Surveys we conducted during 2005-2006 and our strategies for dealing with the issues are now available on this site.

The APVMA has been surveying companies and individuals seeking registration of their products for the past couple of years. These web-based surveys give registrants the opportunity to provide feedback about the registration process.

Invitations to participate in the quarterly surveys are sent to organisations and individuals engaged in the registration process and those who have been through the process in the previous three months.

Feedback from these surveys is reviewed by Public Affairs, by the Quality Systems Officer and by senior management. Through this process, specific issues are addressed and broader solutions designed for any persistent problems.
