Application Summaries, Advice Summaries and Data Protection

Three major changes to how the APVMA uses the information provided with certain applications came into effect as result of the US Free Trade Agreement, on 1 January 2005. The changes included data protection, early disclosure (application summaries) and transparency (advice summary) provisions.

Information for applicants

The data protection, early disclosure (application summary) and transparency (advice summaries) provisions of the AgVet Code requires certain information and items to be included with applications.     Application requirements, templates and guidance

 

Application Summaries (Early disclosure)

The APVMA is required to publish application summaries once an application has been accepted for assessment.    View all application summaries

 

Advice Summaries (Transparency)
