New spray drift regulatory program kicks off with the review of MCPA
The Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) has initiated systematic spray drift reviews starting with the review of the selective herbicide MCPA.A scoping document on the MCPA review is available for public comment.
The spray drift reviews will assess and update the labels of currently registered products to include comprehensive instructions for managing risks from spray drift.
