Agricultural and Veterinary Medicines Registration Consultants

Note that the list of Registration Consultants was discontinued on 1 August 2011.

Registration consultants often perform an important role in assisting registrants work their way through the regulatory requirements for registering pesticides and veterinary chemicals in Australia. The APVMA has published a list of Agricultural and Veterinary Medicines Registration Consultants.

Review into the Operation of the APVMA Quality Assurance Scheme for Agricultural Active Constituents

The Terms of Reference for the Review into the Operation of the APVMA Quality Assurance Scheme for Agricultural Active Constituents are now open for public comment. Please provide comment by 6 April 2009.

Report of Adverse Experiences for Veterinary Medicines and Agricultural Chemicals

The 2007 Report of Adverse Experiences for Veterinary Medicines and Agricultural Chemicals is now available on the APVMA website. This report contains a summary of all adverse experience reports assessed, evaluated and classified as ‘probable’ or ‘possible’ by the APVMA during the 2007 calendar year.

Updated Export Slaughter Intervals and Withholding Periods of Chemicals for sheep and cattle are now available on the website.
