Please note that the legislative instruments below are in the process of being updated following the change of fees from 1 July 2010.

Refer to the individual categories and modules within MORAG for the new fees.

There are two Legislative Instruments:

  1. Legislative instrument 1 (PDF, 45kb) This Instrument is the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code Instrument No. 1 (Application Fees) 2005.
  2. Legislative instrument 2 (PDF, 200kb) This Instrument is the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code Instrument No. 2 (Modular Assessment Fees) 2005.
