The Adverse Experience Reporting Program for Veterinary Medicines and Agricultural Chemicals Request for Annual Summaries

Registrants are reminded that in accordance with the Guidelines for the Adverse Experience Reporting Program for veterinary medicines (AERP Vet) and agricultural chemicals (AERP Ag), they are requested to provide the APVMA with annual summary of all suspected adverse experiences by the close of business 30 September. On this occasion the deadline has been extended to 31 October 2006. Registrants who have not yet submitted their annual summary are requested to provide the summary as soon as possible.

These reports should be prepared in accordance with the Guidelines for Registrants for the AERP Vet and AERP Ag
