NOTICEPayment of Annual Fee and Proposal to Reduce Levy Rates
Payment of Annual Fee
Due date for payment of the Annual Fee is 30 June 2006. All payments received after this date will attract a late penalty of $50 per product.
Payment of the Annual Fee can be made by credit card, direct debit or cheque. To make payment by credit card or direct debit you will need a username and password. If you have not received your username and password or require any further documentation please contact Lisa Reaney on 02 6272 4851.
Proposal to Reduce Levy Rates
It is anticipated that there will be a reduction of existing levy rates by .10% for each tier for product sales made from 1 July 2006. The reduction is subject to the passage of the necessary regulations. The proposed new levy rates are shown below:
- 80% levy rate up to $1,000,000 product sales
- 45% levy rate for additional sales from $1,000,001 to $5,000,000
- 30% levy rate for additional sales above $5,000,000
