NOTICE

Levy Due Date For Payment

Please be reminded that the due date for payment of the levy is 15 January 2006. As this is a Sunday, please ensure that payment of the levy has been made prior to this date.

The levy can be paid in two equal instalments with 50% payable by 15 January 2006 and the balance payable by 30 June 2006.

Due to the transition from calendar years to financial years, the only accepted method of payment is by cheque.

Payments received after the due date will attract a late payment penalty of;

$200 per product – If the unpaid levy is less than or equal to $10,000; or
$400 per product – If the unpaid levy is greater than $10,000
