Development of Conditions for Reservation from Registration of Certain Sanitisers

The Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) has developed a draft of Conditions for reservation from registration of certain sanitisers.

The draft Conditions are available online or by contacting David Hutchison on 02 6271 6384, fax 02 6272 3218.

Once the final Conditions have been published in the Gazette and the classes of products have been included in a Schedule to a Regulation made under section 56ZU of the AgVet Codes, the classes of products encompassed by the Conditions are reserved chemical products for the purposes of the Agvet Codes.

The APVMA invites any person to submit written comments on the draft Conditions. Comments must reach the APVMA by 12 April 2005. Comments should be sent to:
