The following instructions set out how a person can deal with the cancelled products in table one.
Supply
A person may supply or cause to be supplied the products at retail level for two years after the ‘date of effect’ of cancellation.
Two years after the ‘date of effect’ of cancellation it will be an offence against the Agvet Codes to have possession or custody of the products with the intention of supply, or to supply the products.
Use
A person may continue to use the products according to its label instructions until two years after the ‘date of effect’ of cancellation.
Any person who possesses, has custody of, uses or otherwise deals with the listed products in accordance with the above instructions is taken to have been issued with a permit under the Agvet Codes to so possess, have custody of, use or otherwise deal with the products after the registration has been cancelled until two years after the ‘date of effect’ of cancellation.
The supply and use of the products must be in accordance with the conditions of registration, including any conditions relating to the shelf life or expiry date.

The following sets out how a person can deal with the cancelled product in table two.
The APVMA declares that s.45A(5) and s.55(3) of the Agvet Codes cease to apply in respect of the cancelled product.
The APVMA has issued a permit under s.114 of the Agvet code that details the permitted use or dealing with the cancelled product. Permit number 8145 is in force until 30 June 2005.
Possession
A person already in possession of existing stocks of the cancelled product may continue to possess them only if they comply with these instructions and in a manner that is consistent with permit 8145.
Supply
No further wholesale production or supply of the product is permitted.
Retail supply of existing stocks of the product is permitted from 23 December 2004 until 30 June 2005.
Use
Only for uses requiring a full container (or multiple containers) of product to be used at the one time.
DO NOT use for bagged grain or any other use in which less than the full volume of a container is required.
A person may use the cancelled product in accordance with the above instructions and in accordance with permit 8145.
It is an offence to possess, have custody of, use or deal with the products listed in the tables in a manner that contravenes the above instructions.
