2010-11 Compliance Index
This Annual Report has been prepared in accordance with the APVMA’s statutory obligations. These obligations are outlined in the Requirements for Annual Reports for Departments, Executive Agencies and FMA Act Bodies revised by the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet in July 2011 and the Adminstration Act.
The reporting requirements have been identified under the legislation or requirements to which they relate, noting that a number of requirements are common to both.
